Distinguished Council members,

    According to shenzhen Qianhai International Commercial Mediation Center's work plan for the second quarter of 2021, our center needs to add a number of local mediators from Shenzhen and other cities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to strengthen and expand the youth talent reserve of the Mediation Center and meet the needs of various commercial cases of courts, arbitration courts and commercial subjects. Therefore, in accordance with the Regulation of Mediation Center on Mediator Selection and Employment, a mediation Supervision committee needs to be established. The following 7 persons have been drafted after consulting the superior competent authority, and the name list is now published:

Wang Chunge doctor of law, senior economist, lawyer, expert enjoying special government allowance of The State Council

Xie Weimin graduated from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law. He is the Assistant president and Business Director of Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration

Gao Tian Graduated from Inner Mongolia University and Wuhan University, senior partner and director of management Committee of Shanghai Jintiancheng (Shenzhen) Law Firm, and arbitrator of Shenzhen International Court of Arbitration

Zhang Jian graduated from Xiamen University. He is currently director of Dacheng Law Firm shenzhen Branch, deputy director of Dacheng China Corporate Professional Committee, and director of Shenzhen Law Association Legal Service Aid Foundation

LAN Caiming Graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law, he is now the director of Beijing Deheheng (Shenzhen) Law Firm, vice president of Shenzhen Enterprise Federation/Association, vice president and secretary general of Shenzhen Law Society bankruptcy Law Research Institute

Huang Yibo This masters are all graduated from southwest university of political science and law, and Thai (shenzhen), director of law firm, shenzhen southwest university alumni association executive vice President and secretary general, deputy chairman of shenzhen chaoshan chamber of commerce and legal work committee vice chairman and secretary general, shenzhen futian district CPPCC, hainan, director of the liaison office in Hong Kong and Macao to the arbitration commission of arbitrators

Zhu Hong graduated from Ningxia University and Nankai University. She is currently the executive Chairman and secretary General of Qianhai International Commercial Mediation Center, the Assistant to the President of Qianhai Belt and Road Legal Service Association, the invited mediator of Qianhai Cooperation Zone People's Court, and the senior partner of Huashang (Shenzhen) Law Firm

    The mediators Supervision Committee consists of a director (Xie Weimin), a secretary-general (Zhu Hong) and other members. It is responsible for the selection, supervision and assessment of mediators.
