Expert services

    (1) Service object

    

    State-owned enterprises, private enterprises, high-tech enterprises, listed companies, foreign-funded enterprises and foreign enterprises, government agencies and public administration departments, dispute resolution agencies such as litigation, arbitration and mediation, social professional service organizations such as lawyers, notarization, accounting, finance and intellectual property rights, and other organizations and institutions with service requirements.

    

    (2) Service process

    

    -- The Center accepts cases. The application can be made directly by the party concerned or relevant organizations and institutions, and the enterprise customer can also be applied for by the agent or the chamber of commerce. The center will decide whether to accept the application after preliminary examination of the application subject matter, case and demand. The parties that decide to accept the application shall sign the expert service entrustment agreement.

    

    -- Select evaluation experts. Customers can choose experts from the list of expert database of the Center, or the Center can recommend or designate experts to customers, or select experts outside the list as required by customers; According to customer demand and service content, one or more experts can be selected to provide services. Generally, more than three experts can be selected, and one expert will be designated by the Center as the main reviewer. The selected experts shall comply with the rules for avoiding conflicts of interest.

    

    -- Organizing expert evaluation. The selected experts, under the auspices of the main evaluator, shall organize the expert demonstration and evaluation according to the client's demand and the factual materials provided, and issue the expert evaluation report or expert legal opinion to the client in the agreed manner and time. Expert evaluation should be based on facts, law as the criterion, adhere to the objective and neutral third-party position, to help guide customers to properly and accurately handle and deal with major and difficult legal affairs as the pursuit of the goal, and abide by the rules of keeping customer secrets.

    

    -- Service guarantee and supervision. The Center shall provide working conditions, case handling services and financial guarantee for experts to carry out evaluation services, timely accept and deal with customers' complaints about violation of expert services, establish a service post-evaluation mechanism, collect feedback from customers to continuously improve the level of expert evaluation services.

    

    -- Other services. According to customers' special case needs for research, judgment and disposal of difficult and complicated legal issues and legal affairs, the Center shall provide targeted expert services to meet customers' personalized and customized needs, expand service categories and means, and establish relevant service processes and rules.
